System requirements
The 4855 Scouter requires that your device has a hard drive and a browser with JavaScript enabled. Firefox and Chrome are the recommended browsers as the scouter
has seen the most testing in both of these environments. The scouter will not work in Microsoft Edge if you've downloaded the program. If using Edge, you
must use the online version.
Download
The 4855 Scouter is free of charge for everyone. You can either run the scouter directly out of your browser from the internet, or you can download the .zip folder, extract its contents, and run the scouter directly off
your hard drive. The scouter can be launched by opening the index.html file within the folder.
